Note on abstract submission and registration

In order to submit an abstract or to register, you first need to create an account.

This account is valid for both modules, i.e. the order in which you fill in the modules does not matter.

Further explanations are available within the respective modules.

Conference Fees

The conference fees cover the participation to all sessions, including coffee breaks (all days), poster-apéro (Wednesday), welcome reception (Monday) and lab tours (Friday). One-day tickets are not available.
The conference dinner on Thursday evening will be charged separately.

Pay your conference fee in time and save money !

The regular prices, as shown in the table below, are valid for payments reaching us before 1 July 2025. For payments coming in later you have to add a surcharge of EUR 20.-.
